Overview
A calm day in Bến Tre, about two hours south of Saigon, where the canals are lined with water coconut palms. A local rower takes you through the narrow channels by sampan, then you see how coconut candy is made by hand.
Lunch is in a fruit orchard, followed by honey tea with a farming family who keep bees between the trees. The drive back reaches Saigon by early evening.
