Overview
Four days in the south, built around food. Start with an evening of Saigon street food, then drive into the Mekong Delta, with a boat through the orchards of Cái Bè on the way to Cần Thơ.
Next morning, board a small boat at dawn for the Cái Răng floating market, eat noodle soup on the water and visit a rice noodle workshop before the drive back to Saigon.

Itinerary
Day 1Arrive in Saigon, street food evening
Airport pick-up and check-in. At 17:30 your guide takes you to the food stalls of District 3 and 4.

About two hours to Cái Bè for a boat through the orchards and lunch, then on to Cần Thơ.

Why so early at the market?
Trading is busiest from about 05:00 to 08:00. By mid-morning most boats have gone.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. Life jackets are provided on every boat and the drives are under three and a half hours.
